Terms and Conditions
- Services Offered: SpruseItUp Cleaning Solutions(“the Company”) provides residential and commercial cleaning services as outlined in the agreed-upon service package.
- Booking and Payment: Clients agree to schedule appointments for cleaning services in advance. Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic payments and offer recurring payment setup to streamline the process.
- Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Access to Premises: Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time. If access is denied or delayed, the Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee and reschedule the appointment.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to provide a safe working environment for our cleaning staff. This includes ensuring the safety of pets and informing the Company of any hazards or special instructions.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If clients are not satisfied with the results, they must notify us within 24 hrs(residential) or 1 business day(commercial) of the service completion, and we will address the concerns accordingly.
- Confidentiality: The Company respects the privacy of its clients and agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the cleaning service.
- Insurance: The Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its operations.
- Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
By booking a cleaning service with SpruseItUp Cleaning Solutions, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
